What we do

We offer personalized university advising to simplify the college search and application process. Our mission is to guide students in finding a university that fits them academically, culturally and financially. Together we explore university options, go through admissions requirements and deadlines, as well as tackle essay writing. By managing all the moving pieces in this complex undertaking, we strive to make this process manageable and alleviate any stress.

We help students navigate through the university application journey, from start to finish.

How We Do It

The U-N-I Navigate Method: Our goal is to empower our students and keep parents informed throughout the whole process. By partnering with our students and families, we help them feel in control over the process and boost confidence in themselves. Our customized services fit the student’s needs, no matter what stage they are in.

We offer services on an hourly basis or as a comprehensive package. All students receive a personalized checklist and access to the online custom College Portal.

Meet Your Advisor: Alexandra Hartmann

Alexandra hails from the world of higher education admissions and has over 10 years of experience working at institutions such as Smith College & Nova Southeastern University. She got her BS in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her Master in Education from Northeastern University. In 2020, Alexandra became an associate member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA).

Originally from Europe and fluent in French and German, she’s been living in South Florida for over four years now. The beach is her favorite place to go with her Bernedoodle and she will happily accept invitations to play tennis or go for some karaoke.
